TSB# C1802 Phoenix Family Blower Motor Change

This is effective on products manufactured on or after October, 2018
As part of our continuous improvement effort, we are making a supplier change for the blower motors used on our Phoenix product family (excluding Phoenix Light Duty).
In April of 2017, HTP made some changes to the Phoenix product family, which included changing the blower motor to one provided by Fasco. This was done to help ensure proper product performance and part availability. However, we received several reports of excessive noise with the Fasco blower motor.
To address this noise issue, HTP is moving to a blower motor provided by EBM effective October 22nd, 2018. The below table documents the brand of blower used by production date.
